WELCOME

The 40th Annual World Series of Poker (** See disclaimer below! **) were held at a packed Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada. We love to play poker, but we left for Las Vegas as eager spectators in early June. we stayed at the South Point Hotel & Casino, but the Rio is great and has great suites at very affordable rates. During the World Series of Poker however, it gets taken over by the poker world and is the setting for some of the most extreme and most attention-grabbing poker tournaments of the year.

On this fan site we will be doing quite a few things:

• Discuss the various bracelet events
• Give you results straight from the felt
• Post biographies of the most important players in the series, and in the game of poker
• Discuss other big personalities of the World Series of Poker
• Talk to you about the History of the WSOP
• Show you some videos of the '09 Main Event and Side Events

We'll build this site slowly, and we'll try to have as good a web site as we possibly can. However, this is a site we built purely for fun, so development basically comes down to us having as much spare time as we possibly can. We're poker players, so we work slowly! ;-)

Obviously, because this site is limited, we'll be linking out to as many other sites as we possibly can - giving you a chance to find more info on the web (maybe even about some blackjack online!).
